Leaderboards

Dimensions:	728w x 90h pixels.
Format:	GIF format, 72dpi
Size:	25k max.
Link Info:	Every leaderboard must have both a working URL and 1 line of alternative text (maximum of 30 and 60 characters each respectively)
Animation:	Animated GIFs are accepted, with no limit on the number of loops
Placement:	Leaderboards are placed at the top of every page on the site.
Presentation:	All leaderboards are displayed against a background that differentiates them from the remainder of the page, and are framed by a 1 pixel border
